How do I join?
Create your online member account by selecting Register at the top of this page. or you can click here: Sign up for Membership
Alternatively, pop in to see us and we’ll help you set up your
account.
To join, you must:
- Be aged 18
or over
- Have an
email address
- Agree to our
terms and conditions
The first time you borrow an item, please bring photo ID, such as a
driving licence or passport and a utility bill. You’ll only need to provide
these documents once.

Do I have to pay to join?
There is no joining fee if you’re becoming a member for personal use.
How do I borrow an item?
1. Join as a
member. Create your membership account online or pop in to see us for
help.
2. Reserve an item. Choose what you’d like to borrow and select a collection date and time and for
how long.
3. Collect and
pay for your item.
4. Get involved if you’d like to! Attend one of our events or become a volunteer to meet people in your
community.
Do I have to pay to borrow an item?
Yes, there is a reasonable borrowing fee per item. You can pay using cash or card.
